I enjoyed the friendly staff who made the check-in process smooth and the room was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast options were limited and I noticed some areas that needed better upkeep, like the window not shutting properly. This hotel is suitable for a family visit due to its accommodating atmosphere.

The sound insulation is nearly non-existent—conversations in neighboring rooms feel like they’re taking place right next to you, especially at night when you just want to catch some sleep. Rooms vary in size, with some being quite cramped. even simple activities like using the toilet can feel tight if you're a bigger lad. Room configurations can also differ from what's advertised, as I found out when expecting a proper bed setup and getting three singles instead. Breakfast options are limited. I could've really used a few more choices after a week of eggs, beans, and toast. The check-in process isn't exactly straightforward either, as the reception is in a different location. Given the quirks of the stay, it might not suit everyone equally well.

Stay was pretty enjoyable! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to two tube stations 🚇. But the room could fit a bit better since we had four in a small space.

Great location, super close to the shopping center and public transport. The twin room had a private bathroom and comfy beds. The cleaning ladies were lovely and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was decent, with boiled eggs, fresh fruits, and beans on toast. Really good for the price!

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend stopover in London with good value for cost. I appreciated the full English breakfast made to order, which was a nice touch. Make sure to bring your own snacks as options nearby can be limited.

The family room captured the essence of London, reminiscent of classic films, and the breakfast was a highlight, especially the muesli. With convenient access to various underground stations, exploring the city was effortless. The room was always clean, ensuring a pleasant environment, although we spent little time there. the breakfast options were a bit limited for those with dietary restrictions.

great location just a 10-min walk from hammersmith station, staff were super friendly n helpful, breakfast included was decent for the price, had a lil fridge in the room which was really handy, overall decent value for the stay.
the heating didn't work well n was a bit cold during the night. The check-in was at a different place which was confusing.

A Comfortable Stay Despite Some Hiccups
I stayed in a spacious triple room with my family. Breakfast had a nice selection, but the dining area could be cleaner. It’s best to double-check your check-in location beforehand.

The location was superb, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. I appreciated having a clean room, and the hotel staff were very accommodating to my requests. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests at night made it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the breakfast selection could have been improved. Still, the convenience of being close to transport links made my stay enjoyable.
